CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF - FULL TIME
Position Details:
38-40 hours a week with flexible hours. Must be available 3-4 evenings Tuesday-Friday, until 6:30 pm and Saturdays until 5:30 pm.
Closed major holidays.

No previous jewelry experience is necessary, only a willingness to work hard and an eagerness to succeed.
Starting hourly wage of $17.00, plus generous monetary spiff programs and bonuses.
Essential Job Expectations:

Answer the phone and assist with customer inquiries cheerfully and pleasantly.
Perform jewelry and watch inspections, estimates, minor repairs, and cleanings.
Operate point-of-sale systems and use additional types of software accurately and proficiently.
Perform basic housekeeping duties to keep the showroom in an immaculate condition.
Assist the sales team in meeting the customer’s needs.
Maintain the safety and security of the location by following organizational protocol.
Must be able to periodically set up, take down, lift, and move merchandise and merchandise displays.
Perform gift wrapping services.
Attending staff meetings and training as required.
High adaptability skills.
Must be able to work quickly and efficiently, with a variety of team members.
